Bill Langley

Bill Langley brings more than 40 years of executive leadership experience in private club and community management. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of The Club at Quail Ridge, where he led a comprehensive operational and infrastructure transformation that included over $70 million in capital improvements, highlighted by a new clubhouse, racquet sports facility, golf course redesigns, and expanded lifestyle amenities. He also served as COO of the Quail Ridge Condominium Association and President of Quail Ridge Realty, overseeing a community of 947 residences and a real estate operation responsible for the majority of transactions within the club. Prior to Quail Ridge, Bill held senior leadership roles with The Woodlands, The Lodge at Sea Island, and Colleton River Club, guiding premier club communities featuring championship golf, multi-club operations, and nationally recognized facilities. A CMAA Fellow and Certified Club Executive, Bill has served on the National Board of the Club Management Association of America and numerous industry committees, earning recognition as one of the profession’s respected leaders. His career reflects a deep understanding of governance, operations, capital planning, and club transformation at the highest level.
