Boca West Realty, situated just outside the community's gates, effectively markets both the homes for sale and the private club lifestyle through a custom-published magazine, fresh photography, and updated video footage. Additionally, we initiated the Boca West Renovator Program, enlisting regional builders to transform outdated properties. These “as-is” properties were strategically held off the market until the renovations were completed.

Boca West continues to lead the country club market, setting new standards as revenue increases and homes command higher selling prices. The Renovator Program and the Akoya luxury condominium have been key drivers in elevating the value across the community’s 55 villages.
