Loblolly is a private, member-owned golf club on Florida’s Treasure Coast. Homes within the gated community are bordered by parks, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Jupiter Island National Wildlife Refuge. Club membership is independent of home ownership and offers exclusive access to a host of exceptional amenities. These include an 18-hole Pete Dye golf course, 9 Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, a full-service spa, a beach shuttle, two swimming pools, and several dining venues.

Unique Real Estate Challenges

During a transitional period, Loblolly's real estate operations shifted from developer to club ownership. The community faced an excess of homes on the market, resulting in lower property values. Furthermore, the club encountered a declining membership without new prospects in sight.

The Solution

Jill Christu transitioned to the role of on-site Broker and Director of Sales for the club-owned real estate operation. Her years of dedication to consistent branding and professionalism earned her the trust of the community, leading to the flourishing of the new entity.

The Achieved Results

Nine years post-transition, Loblolly's membership and real estate sales have reached unprecedented levels. Current market inventory is low, and there is a waitlist for membership opportunities. The real estate entity has been instrumental in this success, with a market share of 95% and record-breaking sales prices.
